The dive system I usually use is a simple geared pump and a blader. On this one I"m thinking of using an aspirated tank with an air pump to blow it back to the surface or, maybe, a compresed air system. See how it goes as I'm not very experienced with rc subs. This is only my third one and I still have a lot to learn in this field
