I know where to connect the wiring to the Hitec RF module but not the Robbe radio.
Hitec and others agree that the Robbe/Futaba F-14 can be hacked with this RF module.
Anything with a PPM output in a 75MHz, 40MHz, 35MHz.
Thanks,
John
The Hitec RF Module wiring instructions:
The first 3 terminals from the left to right are PPM, positive and then negative.
You only need to link the PPM,+ & - terminals to a Robbe/Futaba radio. Do not use the PLL & antenna terminals.
You can also use a generic, non-Hitec 2.4GHz radio antenna and cable for connecting to the PBA, not the terminal strip.

I am using a Jeti TU2 toggle switch but no Jeti RF module.
I am using a Hitec RF module which has different wiring.
Thanks,
John

The Robbe service/technician sent this drawing to me but not sure about the connections and if I need to cut the wire bridge?
Please keep in mind that I want to switch to either the factory 75MHz RF or the hacked 2.4GHz RF with the toggle switch.
Thanks,
John

I only have a few questions left unanswered.
The Robbe service technician e-mailed the drawing but he was very elusive about the details.
Do I cut the bridge jumper ?
Will both RF modules work when I switch on the trainer connection with the Jeti TU2 toggle switch ?
My goal is to use one RF at a time.
I use the 75MHz for submarine and the 2.4GHz for sailboat.
Someone please help me.
Regards,
John

I just received the Jeti SWTU2 toggle switch today.

But where do I connect to the Robbe F-14 trainer plug on the board?

I'm flying by the seat of my pants on this conversion and could use some help.
Regards,
John
