Heres my custom prop for a 1/54 Alfa, 93mm dia.

Cost was about £30. Solid brass with M5 thread. I supplied the pictures and drawings with dimensions.

Hi , the blades are soldered on, cast prop will cost a lot more for a custom prop. Maybe if it was a large order they could be cast :
Still its pretty good, you have to look closely to notice the solder.
It's not the casting that costs, it's the development of the master and subsequent rubber moulds to produce the green wax tools for investment casting.
If you can provide a green wax master ready for coating in investment, then the cost of prop shouldn't be any greater than an off-the-peg variant.
Last Question, are the Blades cut from thin Sheets of Brass or are they profiled? If not profiled, i can also use Raboesch Props, available in our local store.
